This weeks assignement challenged us to update our resumes with quantitative data. Something that can be measured. Who knew that these types of things could go on a resume. It does makes sense to talk about things that you've done and give data to support it.

Here, I have updated my visual resume to include just that, datta that can be measured.

As far as industry experience goes I feel I have a few years of that. I've been with Altdaily.com for 3 years. There, I have definitley made my mark. I started as just a wirter for the theatre arts writing team. Starting there in 2016 I had my first article published March 2016. That article spraked what would be an overflow of requests to write more. In 2016 alone I had 5 articles published my first year starting. After I had a year under my belt I took an idea for a local awards ceremony to the editor. Long story short, he loved the idea and The Altdaily Theatre Awards were born. I have been the Awards Coordinator since 2017. Having an idea and seeing that idea come to fruition is amazing process. There is a team that I manage who help plan the awards and other logistics. Also, I oversee the judging panel of 20 theatre, art & media professionals. I believe my experience here will prepare me for going into areas of community engagement, social media and even journalism.
