Starting from humble beginnings, Brenda and I had a dream. We knew that we loved fresh local food. So we decided to pursue what meant the most to us. So I set out to own my own business. I became owner of a little place called White Sail Tavern in Miami; owning a small fleet of fish boats, the Tavern provides the locals with fresh catch daily. Brenda & I loved fishing. Brenda did it all the time with her dad.

After we were married we decided we have to jump head first into our dream. We combined our love for ocean fresh fish, ripe organic tastes, and our warm memories of grilled fish wrapped in fresh corn tortillas, to create the concept of Reel Deal Tacos.
